For travelling locally to the Golf Club, follow the instructions below.
A19 from North or South, exit at the Lindisfarne roundabout, the first major junction South of the Tyne Tunnel, then take the A194 towards South Shields. At the next roundabout, take the A1300 to the Coast. After approx. 2 miles, after the shops at Harton Nook, follow the Golf Course signposts and take the first right turn into Pine Avenue, left at end of road into Quarry lane, then first right into the Lonnen. Take 2nd left into Hillcrest and South Shields Golf Club.
A1 from South. Take the A194M fork just after the Washington
Services signposted to the Tyne Tunnel. At the end of the A194M Motorway, at the White Mare Pool Roundabout, continue on the A194 towards South Shields. At the Lindisfarne roundabout, the junction with the A19, follow instructions
above.
